My Role: lead UX/UI Designer & Researcher | MAR 2019 – OCT 2019 (Launched FEB 2020)
Overview
The goal for this project was to improve the overall sites for American National insurance agents by defining a new style, making it mobile-friendly and providing clients with more options to connect and learn about their agent or potential agent. For this project I conducted usability testing, developed prototypes, produced high and low fidelity wireframes, presented to stakeholders and defined brand guidelines.
