Client Site Redesign

Overview
The Client Portal is an interactive site that allows American National clients to access their policy information and perform services. The goal of the project was to update the interface, improve load time, enhance functionality, apply current brand standards, and offer more products and services digitally. While working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers, I updated the interface for the entire portal, created brand standards, developed low and high-fidelity wireframes, conducted usability testing, created prototypes and worked hand-in-hand with in-house developers as they updated the site.
