Having a disrupted medication, or a medication that needs attention such as being no longer available or needs a doctor’s approval, can be very jarring to the member experience. With this research I looked into uncovering which design met participant’s needs and provided a user friendly experience.

A team project to develop a high-fidelity zoo website created for an imaginary zoo. The team needed to work together to develop concept, top pages and functions of this imaginary website.
